How do I know if I live in unincorporated Clark County or within a city?
Clark County includes both unincorporated areas and incorporated cities such as Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. Your mailing address may say "Las Vegas" even if you actually live in unincorporated Clark County.

How do I report a pothole, illegal dumping, graffiti, or another neighborhood concern?
Many neighborhood issues can be reported online through Clark County FixIt. You can submit requests, upload photos, and track the status of your case.

Who do I contact about a code enforcement issue?
Code Enforcement handles concerns such as unpermitted structures, overgrown weeds, illegal land uses, junk and debris, and property maintenance issues in unincorporated Clark County. You can submit a Clark County FixIt or contact our office.
Who fixes traffic signals, streetlights, or roads?
It depends on who owns the roadway.

How do I request a proclamation from Commissioner Becker?
Commissioner Becker is honored to recognize organizations, milestones, and community achievements through proclamations. Requests should be submitted well in advance of the event whenever possible. Please email our office.
Can I invite Commissioner Becker to an event?
Yes! While scheduling depends on availability, Commissioner Becker enjoys attending community events, ribbon cuttings, school functions, neighborhood meetings, and nonprofit celebrations throughout District C.
What does a Clark County Commissioner actually do?
County Commissioners make decisions on issues affecting unincorporated Clark County, including land use, zoning, public works, parks, social services, budgets, and regional planning. They also advocate for residents by helping connect them with County departments and resources.

Who handles schools?
Clark County Commissioners do not oversee CCSD, but Commissioner Becker works closely with schools, principals, educators, and community partners to support students and connect schools with County resources.
